It is also known as nourishing dosha as it controls the body growth and strength, immune system and weight. It keeps the immune system healthy and strong by supplying required moisture to the organs of the body. Kapha types supportive, loving and grounded when in balance but they can be envious, insecure and lazy when they are not balanced. People having this dosha as the main force can develop cancer, asthma, nausea, obesity and diabetes.
